L&N Construction LLC assists homeowners with the insurance claims process by providing thorough inspections, detailed Xactimate estimates, and meeting with adjusters to help identify damage. However:

• We do not guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved or that a specific dollar amount will be covered
• Insurance claim outcomes are determined solely by your insurance carrier based on your policy terms and their assessment of the damage
• Your deductible is a contractual obligation between you and your insurance carrier and is your responsibility
• We do not act as public adjusters or represent homeowners in disputes with insurance companies

Limitation of Liability

L&N Construction LLC makes every effort to provide accurate information on this website, but we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Our liability for any services performed is limited to the terms outlined in the signed contract for those services.
